To maintain a high standard of security and guest experience, no tickets will be sold at the door. Final registration deadline: All ticket sales will close on June 15, 2026, or when capacity is reached—whichever occurs first. Once registration is closed, the roster is finalized. There are no exceptions for late entry.
The dress code: Mandatory black tie
This is a formal evening gala. In accordance with our commitment to honoring the excellence of our veterans and community: Attire: Black Tie is strictly required. Protocol: Guests not adhering to the formal dress code may be denied entry. We dress for the mastery we intend to achieve.

VIP reception: Starts promptly at 5:30 PM.
General admission: Doors open at 6:00 PM.
Identification: Please have a valid government-issued ID ready for check-in to receive your credentials.
Dietary & accessibility requirements

Tax-deductible donation status
Fiscal mastery: Because your payment is a direct donation to Keeping Veterans Fit, Inc. (501(c)(3)), it is 100% tax-deductible. Documentation: You will receive an email receipt immediately upon purchase for your tax records. All sales are final; however, tickets may be transferred to another individual until June 20, 2026.
No-nonsense refund policy
As all proceeds directly fund the restoration and functional independence of our veterans, refunds will not be issued. If you are unable to attend, your purchase remains a valuable contribution to the mission, or you may transfer your seat to a fellow advocate.
